Vi designer Kultur og fællesskaber
Designmejeriet er et hus med højt til loftet – klar til at byde indenfor til et hav af muligheder. Her er helheden i centrum og kælet for de små detaljer. Vi ønsker at designe rum til fællesskaber med bevidst fokus på kreativitet, kultur og kommunikation.
Helheden findes i diamanten her til venstre. Uslebent forbinder den livsområderne erhverv, privat og social med livsformål, livskvalitet og livsstil. Dette er mejeriet som tidligere produktionssted et fysisk manifest for. Derfor var vi heller ikke i tvivl, da vi fandt stedet.
Det var været igennem en omfattende forandringsproces, men står nu klar til at byde indenfor.

Teamcooking
Teamcooking er er en icebreaker. Mad har den unikke egenskab at kunne nedbryde barrierer og skabe relationer. Mens der snittes og hakkes, røres og rives, dampes og koges, har talen frit løb, tankerne slippes fri, og nærvær kan finde plads. Der er rum til fordybelse, kreativiteten kan komme til udtryk, og ukendte talenter kan vise deres kunst.
Et team, der har kendskab til hinandens styrker og svagheder – udover de kompetencer, der bruges rent fagligt – er et stærkt og harmonisk team.
