Med teamcooking søger vi for, at jeres team af kollegaer mødes til samvær og fællesskab hvor nærvær, fordybelse, glæde, kreativitet og dygtiggørelse foldes ud i Unisans køkkenet. Kokken ryster jer sammen som gruppe ud i madeksperimenter, og samarbejde. Hos Unisans vil I blive præsenteret for spændende, sunde og overraskende retter, hvor smagen er i fokus. Det sociale og nydelsen er altid i højsædet, og i vil i fællesskab blive udfordret I at kreere en menu ud fra gedigne og rene råvarer fra lokalområdet.

Madlavningen er omdrejningspunktet for at skabe relationer på tværs af gruppen. Maden har den unikke egenskab, at kunne nedbryde barrierer og skabe nye relationer. Mens der snittes, hakkes, røres og rives, dampes og koges, har talen frit løb, tankerne slippes fri og nærvær kan finde plads. Der er rum til fordybelse, kreativiteten kan komme til udtryk og ukendte talenter kan vise deres kunst. Teamcooking tilfører jeres team nye dimensioner via facilitering, som inspirerer til kommunikation, nye samspilskonstellationer og hygge. Målet er facilitering og teambuilding – midlet er sanserne.

Teamcooking kan kombineres med et heldagsprogram, eller som aften arrangement.

I kan lade Unisans kokketeamet om at sammensætte en menu til en hyggelig aften for jer, eller selv være med til at udvikle et unikt arrangement – nøjagtigt som I ønsker det.

Forslag til program for Teamcooking (5 timer)

Kl. 17.00 – 18.00 – Velkomst og bobler
Hvordan kan vi som team arbejde sammen om gastronomiens hemmeligheder – kokken faciliterer, udfordrer og overrasker alle jeres sanser. I bliver præsenteret for dagens program og inddelt i mindre teams, inden i starter ud med kokkeriet.

Kl. 18.00 – 20.00 
Så skal der skal hakkes, snakkes, snuses, mortes, snittes, nydes og smages. Vores kokke guider jer gennem at skabe en menu der tager kegler. Vær sikker på at det bliver sjovt og underholdende at være i køkkenet med os. Der skal planlægges, disponeres og handles. Der skal præsteres, læres, samarbejdes, fralæres, optimeres og flyttes grænser.
Ikke mindst skal der duftes, lyttes, ses og føles.

Kl. 20.00 – 22.00
Nu skal maden præsenteres, anrettes og beundres. Hvert team præsenterer de retter de har lavet, herefter kastes forklædet, og i sætter jer til bords i Café Sans, hvor jeres fuldendte og veltilberedte måltid nydes i det gode selskab. Dagen afsluttes med kaffe.
I får udleveret opskrifterne til menuen, som i kan tage med hjem.

En café, der kan bruges til lidt af hvert

Inviter medarbejderne til teambuilding, foredrag eller koncert.

Caféen ligger i forlængelse af et åbent køkken og rummer således mange muligheder for kreativitet. Rummet er stort, og her er plads til at lade kreativiteten folde sig ud. Det åbner op for store idéer, og der er plads til forskellighed.

Samtidig har vi sørget for masser af atmosfære og sanselighed. Caféen har nemlig skiftende udstillinger af udvalgte kunstnere med inspirerende billeder på væggene – kig forbi galleriet her. Ligesom caféen er møbleret med lækkert interiør fra vores nabo, livsstilsbutikken hygge.dk, der underbygger unikke oplevelser.

Brug os til dit arrangement

Her er mulighed for at afholde events, for eksempel teamcooking, teambuilding, koncerter, foredrag mv. Udover normal cafe-opstilling kan vi sørge for at flytte møblerne til side og arrangere biografopstilling til optræden og konferencer.
