Teorier

Flow er et centralt begreb i den positive psykologi, men bruges bredt i mange sammen-hænge. Skaberen af flow-teorien ungarske psykologiprofessor Mihalyi Csikszentmihalyi og mange andre forskere tillægger optimale udviklings- og læringsmiljøer flow-oplevelser. Flow minder meget om indre motivation – begge er knyttet tæt til en stor interesse og et dybt engagement. Flowdesign tager afsæt i flere velansete teorier. Vi arbejder på tværs og designer situationsbestemt. Med dyb substans kan vi lade flow opstå i teorierne.

Adfærdsdesign handler om at bruge viden fra felterne psykologi, sociologi og antropologi til at påvirke den kontekst (rammesætning), vi mennesker lever i og træffer beslutninger på grundlag af. Når konteksten ændres, ændres adfærden.

Positiv psykologi

Positiv psykologi er et paraplybegreb, som dækker et stort forskningsområde inden for psykologi, der fokuserer på studiet af menneskets psykiske sundhed og udvikling baseret på empiriske undersøgelser. Forskningsområdet, som primært omhandler trivsel (eng. well-being) kan inddeles i:

1) positive tilstande (kaldet positive emotioner),
2) positive træk (kaldet engagement),
3) positive relationer og
4) positive fællesskaber (kaldet mening).
Hertil kommer studiet af

En rejse gennem U’et

Verden over har mange mennesker taget imod Teori U med stor interesse og entusiasme.  Den tysk-amerikanske forsker Otto Scharmer fra MIT – Massachusetts Institute of Technology – er manden bag Teori U og sociale teknologi for transformativ forandring og innovation. Otto Scharmer finder, at verden kalder på nye indsigter og veje til at løse de massive problemer, kloden står overfor. Hans svar er en rejse ned gennem U’et  – en rejse, hvor mennesket på vejen slipper de gamle måder at erfare, se og mærke på og hermed bliver i stand til at nå det kreative frirum, Otto Scharmer har døbt presensing.

Presensing – sammensat af ordene presence og sensing – er stedet, en tilstand, hvorfra mennesker med åbent sind, åbent hjerte og åben vilje kan skabe de rette løsninger på fremtidens udfordringer.

Konstruktivistisk vejledning tager udgangspunkt i, at vores opfattelse af virkeligheden er subjektiv og grunder i vores egen eksistens.
